1. Describe & compare health communications failures vs. successes during the COVID-19 pandemic, answering the question, “What makes a health communication strategy succeed or fail?”
2. Analyze COVID-19 communications successes and failures through the contexts of History, Anthropology, Ethical principles, and Narrative.
3. Apply ethical principles for health communications and examine evidence-based health literacy and narrative tools that are relevant for physicians.
